FID BENCH
FID05 is a highly versatile flat-incline-decline adjustable bench. It features 5 different back pad adjustments (from 88 degrees to -10 degrees) and different seat pad adjustments (from 11 degrees to -20 degrees). The ladder-style adjustment system makes for quick transitions between workouts. The built-in leg attachment swings out to secure your feet while in a decline position. This FID bench is heavy duty with a weight capacity of 661lbs. The Adjustable Bench is a multi-position fitness bench.
